5/12/09 Lucian is sick again

So sorry I haven’t been updating like I should alot is going on especially now. I was at work all day yesterday and didn’t get home until about 7:30pm. I hadn’t heard from Travis all day so i figured he was busy with Lucian. When I pulled in the drive way I stopped and got Lexi and Jordan from my mom and dads, I had one had full of groceries cause I had to stop and get some food and walked in the door and Lucian was choking and vomiting all over the place and I could tell Travis was clearly frustrated because he had been doing it for awhile. So I dropped the groceries and said forget the rest of them and got Lucian he was very hot and I mean very hot I had to suction down his throat and his nose because of all of the vomit. I hate doing that to him. He hates it as well. Travis said he seemed fine all day it was when he awoke from his nap this all started happening. I immediately took his fever and it was 103.3 and so I got him settled down and he fell asleep on the floor. I got the rest of the groceries in and put away then went right back to him. I awoke him to take his fever again Travis said he had given him Tylenol at 7pm but why wasn’t his fever going down probably because he had vomited all the Tylenol out so I gave him until 8pm took it again and it was still at 102.8 so I gave him so pedialite and some more Tylenol and a cool bath and got it to drop to 100.9 then I gave him 4 more ounces of pedialite and he never got sick thank god. I am hoping he feels better today he still is not up yet and I have been checking on him to make sure he doesn’t feel to warm and I think he feels ok but we will see. I know I am exhausted my work had me scrubbing the floors with degreaser and a scrubby and using a razor blade to get up all the old wax because they are re doing the floors tonight ya that means I get to help with that. My arthritis is hurting so bad I can barley move I did so much yesterday. Between my knee’s and my hands I dont know which ones hurt more. I woke up with a stuffy nose I hope I am not getting sick. We are so post to have the physical therapist out tonight but if he is still sick I will probably cancel. I have also been giving him neb treatments to help with his breathing and air way issues. It is amazing how fast this can all come on to him. It is like a tornado it just hits. But I have to go for now because I am about to have my hands full. I will update again soon.
