Estimates are that half of all children are violated by age 18, predominately by someone they know, and mostly by family members. More than 1/2 million are REPORTED violations.

Estimates are that sex offenders will violate 100-200 children before their 1st arrest. Most offenders may be in your homes and NOT on the Internet. Teaching children about good touch and strangers have not lessened violations. Children need to be taught how to protect themselves using many different scenarios.

1. Persons who most often harm or kill children are their families. Typically, police look at the last person who saw the girl alive – Misty.

2. What is Ronald Lemyles Cummings thinking? He’s 25 and his paramour is a minor child. In FL, he could be labeled a sex offender (minor child and he’s more than 3 years older according to Jimmy Ryce law). Should anyone trust his decision making?

3. FL DC&F reports they have investigated this family before. Could it be that the child was harmed or bruised, and that Misty Croslin feared punishment? Many adolescents do things without thinking or in anger. Did Misty dump the child down a hole? Did she learn lessons from Casey Anthony?

4. Law enforcement suspects persons whose stories change. Misty might be too ignorant to know how to lie effectively.

Why would a predator take the time to get a cinder-block from 50 ft away from the mobile home, take the chance of making noise bracing the door with the block, or turning on the light? Wouldn’t a stalker-type have been noticed by Cummings? (If Cummings used cannabis, he would be very aware of who was outside.)

Most predators are creatures of random opportunity needing little effort to violate children. A predator would have had to know the cinder-blocks were available, everyone was sound asleep and wouldn’t awake inside a MOBILE HOME, that the door dead-bolt was open, where the child slept THAT evening, that Cummings wouldn’t return home until 3 am, etc.

Why would Misty just HAPPEN to awake at 3 am for a drink of water, when she knew her paramour (Ronald Cummings) would be home from work? (Maybe, her time ran out and she had to do her Academy Award act? Reminds me of Jon Benet Ramsey’s mom.)

Why did Misty wait to call 9-1-1? (At least, it wasn’t a month later!) (It’s like when we were kids and act all shocked when parents came home because time was up for thinking up story versions!)

BODY LANGUAGE – Misty looked down and in a certain direction (representative of lying). Reminded me of Susan Smith! Misty may be upset but it may be because she accidentally killed Haleigh and dumped her body (in a hole)? No forced entry; deadbolt lock opened.

Reports state Ronald Lemyles Cummings had criminal involvement. Most professionals working with people could see Cummings was responding in his probably typical out-of-control self. He, genuinely, appeared distraught. Misty Croslin appeared to take umbrage under Cummings, away from the child’s home, in a tent and appeared afraid to be found out.

It adds up to MISTY – not a sex offender .
